The Avish is a family affair, run by the fifth generation of Longwells to have farmed this land.  Brother and sister Robert and Ann Longwell restored the old cottage together and set up "Avish Eco-developments" in partnership.  Robert lives and farms nearby and does virtually everything.  Ann lives in France and does everything virtually.
